Travelers’ Perceived Value of Robot Services in the Airline Industry: Focusing on Demographic Characteristics

چکیده
This study examined travelers’ perceived value for a service robot at an airport. The explored the differences in value, which included utilitarian and hedonic based on demographic characteristics. In addition, we investigated effect of two subcategories intentions to use 322 samples statistical analysis. results analysis revealed significant regards age, education, marital status. A difference was also found relation Lastly, regression that positively affected presents theoretical contributions as first examination services airport, well offering practical suggestions airline industry.
